The Lord Works In Mysterious Ways

Have ya ever noticed how the conservatively religious take everything that's good and say "Praise God" or take what's bad and say "That's God's will". No matter who dies or wins the lottery it's never, "God was mean to us!"

More importantly, these same "types" take negative situations and use them to support their conservative views. The most flagrant example is saying that AIDS is God's way of punishing gays for the "sin" of homosexuality.

I think I'll take the same approach and point out that Florida has been hit with FOUR major hurricanes this election year, more than any state since the 1890's (Texas). "God" MUST be punishing them for election fraud (numerous cases of actions making it very inconvenient for blacks to vote) and for keeping that poor woman, Terry Schiavo, alive, in a coma (for years now), with no chance of regaining consciousness (as per physicians), against the wishes of her husband, and with the support of religious conservative, and First Brother, Jeb Bush.

If it works FOR them, it's also gotta work AGAINST them.
